一、内袋纵封封合不牢
1、检查温度是否达到封合牢固所需温度，可适当提高温度；2、检查纵封压力是否足够大，以封合纹路清晰为好；
3、检查纵封是否有加热 （注意温控表、保险丝、固态继电器、发热元件）；
二、内袋横封封合不牢
1、检查温度是否达到封合牢固所需温度，可适当提高温度；2、检查横封压力是否足够大，以封合纹路清晰为好；3、检查横封是否有加热 （注意温控表、保险丝、固态继电器、发热元件）；4、切刀是否调得太高，把封合面顶开；5、横封铜套磨损；
三、温控表控温不准，误差大
1、检查热电偶接头是否松动，测温头是否接触良好；2、更换热电偶；3、更换温控表；4、检测处是否脏污；
四、计数器不计数
1、位置接近开关未检测到凸轮；2、位置接近开关损坏；3、plc程序损坏；
五、跟标不准，光电无法控制
1、跟踪选择不对，触摸屏上选择设定；2、光电头灵敏度调节不当；3、光电头光点未对准色标点所在包装膜的运动轨迹上；
4、包装膜印刷不良，有色标点的边上有多种色彩；5、包装膜底色与色标颜色对比度太小；6、光电补偿调节不当；
7、包装膜运行时跳动太大；8、位置接近开关与测速器检测不良或损坏；9、位置接近开关和测速齿轮松动；
10、plc程序丢失或损坏；11、光电头损坏；12、袋长设置不当
